Who we are
This website belongs to Nova Multispeciality Dental & Healthcare Center, Shop No. 2 & 3, Luv Kush Complex, D-Cabin, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. The same site also hosts a page for Smile&Shine Global, a community oral-health initiative led by our founder.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts and no comment boxes, and it does not ask you to type any personal details. We do not currently use analytics tools or advertising trackers, and the site does not set cookies of its own. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
Third-party services
Some things are loaded or opened by other companies, which have their own privacy policies.
- Google Fonts. The text styles on this site are loaded from Google. Google can see your IP address and browser details when this happens.
- Google Maps. The “Get directions” button opens Google Maps in a new tab. Nothing is shared until you tap it.
- WhatsApp. The “Book on WhatsApp” buttons open a chat with our number. The chat is then handled by WhatsApp, which is run by Meta.
What we collect when you contact us
When you message or call us, or visit the clinic, we may collect your name, phone number, the message you send, your preferred day and time, and a brief description of your dental concern. If you share photos, X-rays or reports, we receive those too. Please share only what we need to book your visit. You can tell us the rest in person.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to you, book and confirm appointments, prepare for your visit and provide care. We do not use them for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell your data. We contact you about your appointment, and about your treatment where that is needed for your care.
Your treatment records
If you become a patient, the clinic keeps a separate treatment record, which may include your medical history, examination findings, X-rays and treatment notes. We keep these records as the law and professional rules require, and use them only for your care and for the administration of the clinic.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with people who need it for your care or for running the clinic, such as the treating dentist and clinic staff, dental laboratories, and service providers we use for communication or record-keeping. We also share data where the law requires it. Anyone who handles your data for us is expected to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires, particularly for medical records. After that we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal data, including limiting access to the people who need it and keeping records on secured devices and systems. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Contact us first and we will try to resolve your concern. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once its complaint process is in operation.
